  • We develop our maintenance plans based on the type of project, plant materials, and contract specifications. It is imperative to have discussions before the job is installed to make sure their maintenance expectations are in line with the contracted expectations. Often, we will be asked to continue the maintenance after the contract has ended. We help our customers develop the correct program for their property.

  • Each commercial landscaping project is unique, which means that each timeline is unique. Because of this, it’s very difficult to provide a specific timeline across the variety of projects we participate in. That said, each of our projects follows a process of estimating, pre-installation, installation, and maintenance.
